Returns & Exchanges

Easy Returns

If you’d like to return your order, you can place a return request within 7 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and original packaging must be intact

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Return Charges

A nominal fee of ₹100 will be deducted to cover reverse shipping and handling charges.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes the quality check.


Hassle-Free Exchanges

Need a different size or a replacement? We’ve made exchanges quick and hassle-free.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • We do not charge any additional fee for exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be offered instead.


Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Used or washed products
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Products damaged after use
  • Minor color variations due to screen/display differences
  • Slight print variations inherent to hand screen printing

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.

After this period, the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
